1.1 I/We agree to join ARG membership group and agree to pay £25 per month membership fee.
1.2 I/We shall not use the membership until 3 months has passed after the 1st installment.
1.3 I/We agree Failure to make payment to ARG membership consecutive 3 months will terminate my membership without any refunds.
1.4 I/We shall not ask ARG membership to refund if I have broken my payment plan 3 times a year.
1.5 I/We agree ARG membership payment must be up to date before using the membership service.
1.7 I/We agree to pay for the parts as membership only covers the labor charge.
1.8 I/We agree ARG garage holds no responsibility on reliability of your vehicle parts.
1.9 I/We agree ARG Membership covers 1 (one) FREE MOT only for the registered vehicle.
1.10 I/We agree ARG Membership does not cover friends or family member’s vehicle.
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse to repair your vehicle if we suspect misuse of our membership service, without any refunds.
2.2 We reserve the rights to cancel your membership at anytime with 30 days notice, without any refunds.
2.3 We reserve the rights change our terms and condition without any prior notice.
ARG Garage Bedford (Ampthill Road Garage Ltd) shall NOT be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Ampthill Road Garage Ltd shall not be liable for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of your own breach of these Terms, or as a result of any of your vehicle parts failure.
